Well, Canon said that IT IS ON! They've Recently put out the

EOS-1D Mark IV Digital SLR. The name says it all. BIG. Who wants comparative stats?

So, all in all, the Canon seems to have come out on top.

But I'd still choose the nikon! I'm partial, and I already have the lenses :P

Oo lala!

A couple weeks ago, Nikon released (press release, anyway) a camera. A camera like no other. The Nikon D3S. You may say "that's not new! That's just a D3/D3X! Right?". WRONG. THis camera, well sporting only 12.2 MP, down from 24.5 M for the D3X, has something else. A top ISO of 102,400 ! That's a lot of ISO! But, the main difference is not of SLR proportions at all. The D3S now rocks 24 FPS 720p HD video. It also jumps to 9 FPS continuous shooting, up from 5 FPS for the D3X. though this camera will not replace the D3X, but it will be a great addition to the Nikon D series. Now, in the D3X's case, I'm actually content with my little D60 right now, for I don't have the money to buy the compact flash card Big enough to hold m0re than 60 128 MB RAW FILES. Is it me, or is that pretty dang large. The D3S comes in at a whopping $5,199, though down from $7,999 for the D3X.
